FCA Opens Enforcement Investigation into ‘The Claims Protection Agency’ Over Motor Finance Claims
The FCA opened an enforcement investigation into The Claims Protection Agency (TCPA), which operated under brands including “My Claim Group” and “Martin’s Tips” for motor finance commission claims.
